Young Veterinary Camp

This camp will be held on July 25 & 26 from 9:00-11:30am. A healthy, nut-free snack will be provided.
Calling all future veterinarians and animal professionals!
This younger version of our popular Veterinarian Camp will include a wide range of veterinary topics, behind-the-scenes learning opportunities, and hands-on activities including:
- Animal intake exams, medical care, and diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries
- Caring for cats, dogs, and small animals along with animal behavior and enrichment
- How shelters care for animals and create a fear free environment
- Daily tasks in caring for shelter animals, learning games, interacting with Therapy Dogs, and SO much more!
For youth ages 7–12. Taught by a Certified Humane Educator and assisted by EBHS Animal Care Staff.
