DESCRIPTION:This camp will be held on June 23 & 24 from 9:00am-1:30pm. Youth should bring a bag lunch each day. \n\nThis younger version of our popular Veterinarian Camp will include a wide range of veterinary topics\, behind-the-scenes learning opportunities\, and hands-on activities including: \n\nAnimal intake exams\, medical care\, and diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries\nCaring for cats\, dogs\, and small animals along with animal behavior and enrichment\nHow shelters care for animals and create a fear free environment\nDaily tasks in caring for shelter animals\, learning games\, interacting with Therapy Dogs\, and SO much more!\n\nFor youth ages 7–12. Taught by a Certified Humane Educator and assisted by EBHS Animal Care Staff.
