Wagfest 2026

More than 5,000 people and their furry friends will come together at Mitchell Park in Brookfield on Saturday, September 12th for our 19th annual Wagfest event. This event helps raise money for Elmbrook Humane Society (EBHS) and offers an opportunity for animals and their people to come together as a community, to celebrate the bond between them. No canine companion? No problem! Everyone is welcome and admission is free.

What is Wagfest?

Wagfest is a free-to-attend, day-long festival supporting Elmbrook Humane Society, featuring food, drinks, activities, shopping, and raffles! This year’s raffle area will include a HUGE basket raffle with more than 50 baskets, along with the special Wagfest Spotlight Raffle where one lucky supporter will win two tickets to a 2025 Brewers game right behind home plate!

Before You Go

While we understand that everyone has different training philosophies, EBHS is a force free organization. Prong collars, choke collars, shock collars, and retractable leashes are not allowed at Wagfest. If you attend with a leash or collar that is not allowed, you will be asked to remove it. We have an exchange program for you to utilize while you attend the event.
