Medical Care Technician—Full Time
Are you passionate about animal welfare and interested in making a difference in the lives of shelter animals? Elmbrook Humane Society is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Care Technician to join our team! This hands-on position supports the medical program by providing daily medical care, administering treatments and vaccinations, performing intake and wellness exams, responding to medical emergencies, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure our animals receive the highest quality care. If you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and want to combine your medical skills with your love of animals, we’d love to hear from you!
Schedule: Mondays, 8am–1pm, and Thursdays–Saturdays, 8am–6:00pm
Pay Rate: $16/hour

Dog Care Technician—Full Time
Do you love dogs and want to make a meaningful difference in their lives? Elmbrook Humane Society is looking for a compassionate, hardworking Dog Care Technician to join our team! This hands-on position provides daily care, enrichment, exercise, training, and behavior support for shelter dogs while helping them become happy, healthy, and successful in their future homes. You’ll also work closely with adopters, fosters, volunteers, and the medical team. If you’re passionate about animal welfare, comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and ready for a fast-paced and rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Schedule: Sundays, and Tuesdays–Thursdays 8am–6pm
Pay Rate: $16/hour
