Cat Yoga

Get ready for the purrfect blend of relaxation, gentle movement, and feline companionship. 🧘‍♀️🐾

Join us for a beginner-friendly yoga class where you’ll flow through calming poses while friendly, adoptable cats roam the room, lounge on mats, and may even settle in beside you during savasana. It’s a unique way to de-stress while supporting animals in need.

The session will be led by Linda Kiriakopoulos Guerrero, E-CYT 300 of Ocean Shore Yoga who is kindly donating her time to support Elmbrook Humane Society (EBHS). Proceeds from this event help care for the animals at EBHS.

Know Before You Go

• Participants must be at least 12 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
• Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
• Shelter cats will be roaming freely and may choose to join you on your mat. Interaction is always on the cats’ terms.
• Be prepared to fall in love. We recommend completing an adoption application and scheduling a meet & greet appointment ahead of the event.
