Veterinarian Camp

***Limited spots remain! This camp will be held on July 14, 15, and 16 from 9am-1:30pm.

Calling all future veterinarians and animal professionals!

This unique three-day camp includes a wide range of behind-the-scenes and hands-on learning opportunities that explore the following veterinarian-focused topics:

• Animal intake exams, medical care, and diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries
• Cat, dog, and small animal care, behavior, and enrichment
• How shelters care for animals and create a Fear Free environment
• Meeting EBHS medical staff, learning about daily care of shelter animals, meeting adoptable cats, interacting with Therapy Dogs, and SO much more!

For youth ages 10 to 14. Youth should bring a bag lunch.

Taught by a Certified Humane Educator and assisted by EBHS Animal Care Staff.
