Be among the first to step into the venue and kick off the festivities an hour before the general admission guests arrive. Prepare to be welcomed with tail wags and open paws from our special VIP guest – a charming canine companion from the EBHS Certified Therapy Team.  After walking the red carpet and getting your photo taken by professional photographer Stacey Kremel, indulge in a selection of premium beverages from our open bar, featuring signature celebratory cocktails. With a drink in hand, enjoy exclusive early access to our impressive array of auction items. Take your time to peruse the selection, place your bids, and secure coveted items before the crowds arrive while enjoying the enchanting melodies of professional pianist Ellen McDonald,  setting the perfect ambiance for the evening. 

 💎5:00 – 6:00pm – Doors Open for General Admission

Step into the spotlight and engage in the elegance of the evening with our red carpet entrance, offering perfect photo opportunities to capture the glamour of the night. Indulge in a signature cocktail or other premier choice of beverages from our cash/card bar as you mingle and enjoy the atmosphere. As the silent auction begins for all guests, bid on exclusive items and try your luck at winning a stunning piece of jewelry at the sparkling diamond dig raffle!

💎6:00 – 8:00pm – Dinner & Program

As the doors open to the hall, immerse yourself in a captivating atmosphere adorned with decorative delights and informative displays, inviting you to wander and discover.  Once you find your table assignment and get seated, dinner service will begin. Indulge in a sumptuous three-course meal served with freshly brewed coffee, selection of hot specialty teas, or iced tea and fresh-baked rolls and butter. Dinner options include:

Salad Course – Farm Greens Salad (GF) with spinach, arugula, kale, strawberries, toasted walnuts, and crumbled feta cheese. Topped with your choice of Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette or Lemon Vinaigrette. *Remove cheese to make vegan. 

Entrée Course – choose between three delicious options. *Entrées feature Chef’s Choice vegetable and starch.

🍗Herb Marinated Chicken (GF) with a merlot glace. 
🥩Seared 8oz Filet of Beef (GF) with wild mushroom and bacon jam, fresh rosemary demi-glace. 
🥕Wild Mushroom and Root Vegetable Hash (GF & Vegan) with an herb reduction. 

 Dessert Course – Panna Cotta (GF & Vegan)

The evening continues with special recognition of our sponsors and acknowledgments. The highlight of the event is a captivating keynote speech and presentation, shining a spotlight on the mission and accomplishments of Elmbrook Humane Society over the past 60 years. During this portion of the event, we invite you to participate in our Fund Appeal, a pivotal moment where our community comes together to make a lasting impact. Your generous contributions directly support Elmbrook Humane Society’s mission of enhancing the bond between humans and animals and every donation, no matter the size, helps us continue to provide care and shelter to animals in need. 

💎8:00 – 10:00pm – After-Party

As the heartfelt Fund Appeal draws to a close, the energy in the room shifts and it’s time for the after party to begin. The party kicks off with a lively twist on a traditional wine pull. Meanwhile, the rhythmic beats of live music fill the air, enticing you to hit the dance floor and let loose in celebration. Amidst the buzz of activity, the atmosphere remains warm and convivial, allowing you to freely mingle and socialize with fellow supporters. Whether engaged in the games, dancing to the music, or immersed in conversation, the joyous spirit of the evening continues to thrive, creating unforgettable moments for all to cherish.

*Auction items will be available for pick-up at 8:30pm. 
*Open bar exclusive to Diamond Access hour from 4-5pm. Cash/card bar starts at 5pm.
